Material and making.
Mazzucchelli acetate is the same material used by the most respected Italian and Japanese eyewear ateliers. The colour runs through the material, giving it a depth that surface-dyed plastic cannot match. With wear, the acetate temples settle subtly to the shape of your head; over the first few days, the frame can feel more natural while the front keeps its intended form.
Limited edition
Each FUSION variant is produced in an edition of 15 and hand-assembled in Poland. This is the point at which a frame stops being a series product and becomes an object — a combination of colours and materials that will not be repeated once the edition sells out.
Construction and craft
The hinge is where inexpensive frames tend to fail first. This model uses a seven-barrel hinge that distributes resistance across seven points instead of three, providing smooth movement and lasting durability through years of daily folding. The gold-tone core embedded in the transparent front keeps the wide construction stable while remaining visible as a finishing detail.
Finish and detail
We refine the surfaces and edges, then inspect symmetry, hinge movement and the points where the frame meets the skin.
Lenses and protection
High-quality sunglass lenses with full UV protection. They block UVA and UVB radiation, protecting your eyes regardless of sunlight intensity.
