Fit, prescription lenses, delivery and returns - the essential information in one place.
Frames and fit
Where are YouNick frames made?
They are designed in Poland, made from Italian Mazzucchelli acetate, and assembled and finished by hand in Poland.
How do I choose a model for my face?
Start with the proportions and width of a frame you already wear comfortably. Compare measurements on the product page, then use Frame Lab to see how the scale changes against a face. If you are choosing between two shapes, message us.
Where can I try YouNick frames in person?
We work with selected opticians in Poland. The current list is available on our Where to find us page.

Can every frame be fitted with prescription lenses?
Models in the optical collection are prepared for prescription lenses. For very strong prescriptions, progressive lenses or an individual configuration, confirm the choice with an optician or our team first.
Can my own optician fit the lenses?
Yes. You can purchase the frame on its own and take it to your optician for lenses matched to your prescription.
Can you help me choose lenses?
Yes. Tell us how you use your glasses and send the details from your current prescription. We will explain the available options and point out anything worth discussing with an optician.
Orders and delivery
How long does an order take?
Frames without individually prepared prescription lenses usually ship within 2-3 working days. Orders with custom prescription lenses may take longer, and we confirm the timing individually.
Is delivery within Poland free?
Yes, standard delivery for YouNick orders within Poland is free. You will see the available delivery methods before payment.
How can I track my parcel?
After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If it is not in your inbox, check spam or contact us with your order number.
Returns and support
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from delivery to return a standard product. It should be complete and in unchanged condition. Products made to an individual specification may be subject to the exceptions described in the terms.
Terms and returnsHow should I care for acetate frames?
Keep them in their case and clean them with a soft cloth and lukewarm water with a little mild soap. Avoid high heat, strong detergents and placing glasses lens-side down.
What if my frame needs adjustment or repair?
Message us with your order number and photos. We will assess the situation and advise whether an optician can adjust the frame or whether it should come to our service team.
