Fit Guide - How to choose the right YouNick glasses
Fit starts with proportion, not style. Choose the right size first—then choose the fit.
How to read dimensions:
- Front – The total width of the frame, measured from the outer edge of one side of the frame to the outer edge of the other side . This is the full width of the glasses when viewed from the front.
- Temple - The length of the arm measured from the hinge to the tip behind the ear.
Recording format: Front / Temple (e.g. 145 / 150).
How to choose the size:
The easiest way is to compare them with glasses you already wear and that fit well. Measure the front of the glasses exactly the same way (from the front to the back of the frame) and choose a model with a similar width (±2–3 mm). If you're between sizes, a larger front will provide a more relaxed and proportionate fit.

Important: The temples, made of thick, natural acetate, need a moment to adjust to the wearer's head. We recommend wearing the glasses for a few hours before making a final comfort assessment—the material gently conforms to the shape of your head.
